Prices, terms, and conditions are subject to change without prior notice. The seller's liability for any losses or damages to the buyer arising from any cause, including but not limited to negligence, breach of contract, breach of warranty, or alleged defective seeds, whether such defects are discoverable or latent, shall not exceed the purchase price related to the claimed losses or damages. It is important to note that the seller will not be held liable for incidental or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, loss of profits.

In the event of defective seeds, the buyer acknowledges that the liability of the seller is limited to the purchase price of the seeds in question. The seller does not accept any warranty claims for supposed defective seeds beyond their intended purpose for seed preservation, souvenir, and collectible purposes. The buyer assumes the responsibility of understanding and abiding by the laws regarding cannabis cultivation in their respective state or region.

Additionally, the seller emphasizes that discussions related to the germination or growing of cannabis seeds will not be entertained, and any such inquiries will not receive a response. The buyer is expected to exercise due diligence and adhere to local laws regarding cannabis cultivation.

If the fulfillment of any order or contract is hindered or delayed by events such as acts of God, war, blockade, revolution, government actions restricting essential resources for crop cultivation, prohibitions on exports or imports, riots, strikes, lockouts, fires, detention at sea, or any other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, we shall not be deemed responsible for any resulting loss and/or damages.

You acknowledge and consent that the site owners shall not bear responsibility for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages, which may include, but are not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses (even if the site owners have been informed of the potential for such damages). This applies to the use or the inability to use the product(s) and/or service(s), or any misuse of the product(s) and/or service(s) not in accordance with their intended use as specified above.

DELIVERY POLICY

We ensure the delivery of your seeds, and in the rare event of non-delivery, we offer a hassle-free resend policy. All orders are dispatched from within Australia and come with tracking for complete visibility into the shipping status. Utilizing the tracking information, we verify whether the item has been delivered. If undelivered for any reason, we promptly re-send the order with no questions asked. Your tracking code will be emailed once the order is sent, usually within 1-2 days of payment (subject to bank transfer, reconciliation, and processing times, with potential delays on weekends).

For the convenience of our customers, a nominal fee of $5 per order is added to cover packaging and tracking logistics. There is no requirement for a signature upon delivery. Transit times vary, with approximately 1-3 business days for metro locations and 4-7+ days for rural areas. These estimates are indicative and depend on the postal carrier service constraints.

The seller prioritizes the confidentiality of all gathered information, ensuring that your details remain strictly confidential and are never shared with any third parties.
